We say how it is, an in-your-face, quite literally, manifesto. We are blunt and to the point. We don’t have investors. We’re not pushing a certain agenda. We simply want people to look and feel even better. Simplicity.
Once I went down the rabbit hole of organic skincare, I realized I can’t trust luxury retailers the way I do with quality fashion curation. In the industry of skincare, less is more. Look for the least amount of ingredients. You should be able to have some recognition of each already and most importantly, be able to consume each as your skin is the gateway to internal function.
In dermal capitalism, I’ve found we can’t trust any oil or serum that contains ‘natural, organic’ ingredients. They can be heavily diluted and not processed or pressed properly to maintain nutritional integrity and structure vital to your body’s largest organ.
We want integrity. But why should you trust us?
It’s taken years of trial and error consumption to learn the ingredients that truly work and make skin glow. I refuse to take any label at mere word. I research and learn why. Why is my skin going to glow? Will it diminish redness? Will my skin be protected? I break down each ingredient analytically. Results backed by molecular research. First and foremost, I am not a retailer. I am a consumer.
As we all become more independent in our thinking, now weary of false advertisement, capitalistic gain in every societal structure, please do not let skincare fall by the wayside.
Let us take take ownership of our skin, our authentic genome.
Knowledge breeds confidence. Somatic Beauty is a cult confidence for all.
